Fengpu Commercial Street is the only commercial street featured by dining,entertainment and leisure. The commercial street now has many hotels such as the Gate of the Region,Wyatt St.,Seine River, the Top Town, the Imperatorial Goods, the Small Country and so forth, and the leisure sites include the Two Sides Coffee, UBC coffee, Shunquan Tea Shop, Lafangshe Coffee and so on. The enteratainment sites contain the Blue Sea Night Club,Aurora KTV, Golden Bay and so forth. With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, incessant development of the tourism industry, A4 to Hangzhou-to-Xupu highway being connected and Hangzhou Bay Bridge going to be opened, more and more domestric and foreign people will come to Watersands District Area, Palm Bay Golf, Fengpu Commercial Street for dining and entertainment, so the current situation has not been able to meet the market demands already. In 2007, Fengxian District Government called for conducting an overall reconstruction, and also enhancing the management of Fengxian Commercial Street and inviting more investments in order to improve competitiveness and consumptive level of the commercial street. We believe that in the recent future there will be a new commercial street full of people, of which characteristics are food,entertainment and leisure.
